REVISIONS POLICY

The number of revisions depends on the package you select. You are entitled to revisions as defined in your chosen plan. At Cloudaura Innovations, client satisfaction is our priority, and we work closely with you to refine your design until it meets your expectations. Additional charges will only apply if there is a significant change in the original design concept. Revised versions are usually delivered within 48 hours.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds at Cloudaura Innovations will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • A special or discounted package has been selected
  • The initial design concept has been approved
  • Revision requests have already been made
  • The project is cancelled for reasons not related to our services
  • No communication is received from the client for more than two weeks
  • Company policies have been violated
  • Another designer or agency has been hired for the same project
  • The creative brief provided is incomplete or unclear
  • A complete change in design direction is requested
  • The refund request is submitted after the allowed time period
  • The business linked to the project has closed or changed its structure or name
  • Reasons such as change of mind or internal disagreements are provided


If a bundled package is purchased and one service is not satisfactory, only that specific service will be eligible for a refund, not the entire package.

Refund requests are not accepted after 7 days from the date of purchase.

The following services are strictly non refundable:
  • Social media marketing or management
  • Search engine optimization services
  • Domain registration
  • Logo copyrights and trademarks
  • Web hosting and paid plugins including SSL and DDoS protection


For website related services, refunds are not applicable once the design has been approved and development work has started.

No refunds will be processed once a logo or website design has been finalized and approved.

If the client does not provide the required design brief within 10 days of placing the order, a partial refund may be issued. This refund will not exceed 25 percent of the total amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A written notice of at least 30 days is required to cancel any website development or maintenance services. This allows us to properly complete ongoing tasks and ensure a smooth transition.

To cancel a service, you must send a request via email with your reason for cancellation and any handover instructions.

After receiving your request, we will coordinate with you to finalize pending work and provide your website files and data.

If a 30 day notice is not provided, a cancellation fee equal to 50 percent of the service cost will be charged.

Once your request is received, it will be reviewed carefully. After approval, you will no longer have rights to the designs provided by Cloudaura Innovations. These designs may be submitted to relevant copyright authorities to maintain legal compliance.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

All terms and conditions of Cloudaura Innovations are governed by the laws of the United States. Both the client and the company agree to the jurisdiction of federal and state courts within the United States.

Clients residing outside the United States may be subject to their local laws. European Union residents may pursue legal matters within their country of residence.

All claims must be filed within 30 days from the date the issue arises. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. Compensation is limited to legal costs and attorney fees only.

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through mutual discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter will proceed to mediation. If mediation fails, legal action may be taken under applicable laws.

DELIVERY POLICY

All completed work will be delivered to the account provided during order placement. A confirmation email will also be sent.

Delivery timelines depend on the selected package, with a minimum turnaround time of 2 business days.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

Cloudaura Innovations keeps records of all completed designs. If your files are lost, we can retrieve and resend them upon request.

COMMUNICATION POLICY

Cloudaura Innovations is responsible for all communication conducted through our official email addresses ending with “@cloudaurainnovations.com” and the phone numbers listed on our website.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from communication through unofficial channels. If a client does not respond within 45 days, additional charges may apply to restart the project.
